I rather enjoyed this alt-chicken sandwich. It was a bit on the thin side, so you don't get much "meat" with these patties, but what the Breaded Chik'n lacks in size, it makes up for in taste. On the "tastes like chicken" scale, I'd give it a 7/10. The breading, after cooking it in the toaster oven, was crispy and good. I slapped a piece of alt-cheese (Galaxy Nutritional Foods' Pepper Jack Cheese) on it with a little romaine, and it was a tasty sandwich. I would definitely buy these again.

Gardenburger doesn't have the Breaded Chik'n on their site for some strange reason, so you'll have to pick up a box at the supermarket to check out the nutritional info.
