It's a blog by "tofu666" that chronicles his daily vegan creations. He includes mouth-watering pictures of every meal that are sure to make you want to jump into the kitchen tonight and recreate several dishes. The only problem is, tofu666 typically doesn't include very detailed instructions with the pictures of the dishes, so novice vegan chefs may be out of luck. But if you email him, he might help you out.
